In addition to disability benefits, we offer life, accidental death and dismemberment.

If you cannot work due to an approved non-work-related illness or injury, we provide short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) benefits.

STD provides you with income if you are approved by The Hartford and are unable to work due to illness or injury. STD is provided automatically at no cost to you. The length covered and amount received is based on your employment type.

LTD  provides income for disability leaves longer than what is covered by short-term disability. Coverage amounts and length varies by employee type, compensation amount, and coverage elected.
