If you’ve enrolled in a Plastipak medical plan, you can speak with board-certified and licensed clinicians or mental health providers from wherever you are most comfortable 7 days a week by phone or video. All conversations are confidential.

You can get same-day appointments for everyday, non-emergency health issues, such as sinus problems, allergies, flu symptoms, pink eye, and more.

And that’s not all. You can also access counseling or mental health services to help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and grief.

Your telehealth provider will vary, depending on which medical plan you’re enrolled in.

Teladoc – Aetna

Teladoc provides 24/7 access to board-certified doctors by phone or video for many non-emergency illnesses, like flu, allergies, sinus infections, and more. There is no time limit for visits and you are not charged extra for longer visits.
